By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls for the iOS version of the App.

2) Not medical advice; no professional services; emergencies

The Apps provide general informational, creative, or well-being–related content only.

None of the Apps provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice. The content is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or guidance.

You are responsible for your own decisions and use of the Apps. Always consult a qualified professional if you have questions related to health or medical conditions.

Do not use the Apps in emergencies. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

4) License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

5) User content and local data

Some features of the Apps may allow you to create or input content (such as notes, preferences, or photos).

If you delete or reinstall an App, your data may be permanently lost.

6) Third-party services

The Apps do not connect to external servers operated by us.

However, distribution, billing, and limited diagnostics (such as crash reports) may be provided by Apple or your device's operating system, subject to their own policies and terms.

7) No warranties

The Apps and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Apps.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed EUR 50 or the amount you paid for the relevant App in the last 12 months, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

10) Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time.

Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or restrict access to the Apps at any time, without notice, where permitted by law.

Provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

11) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence may also apply.
